Each month, we have recurring expenses to keep our pantries and services running smoothly. We are so grateful for our monthly, weekly, and biweekly donors, but we still need additional support to cover all costs.

Our Expenses:

  • Storage: $200.15
  • Van Insurance: $80
  • Gas for van (used for food pick-up): $400
  • Gas to support volunteer food pick-ups: $200
  • Pet Food: $200
  • Non-perishables, diapers, and pantry items: $500
  • Phone Line: $33.56 (billed every 6 months)
  • Seasonal Events (Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Back-to-School): Costs vary and depend on donations.
Minimal Total Monthly Operating Cost: $1,580.15
This amount covers the basics for pantries and our free food pop-ups.
