We’re proud to share that BL recently participated in the Forum for Young Canadians in Ottawa — an incredible opportunity for youth to engage directly with Canada’s political institutions.
During the week, BL had the chance to meet senators, members of parliament, and other passionate, like-minded young people from across the country. The experience included visits to the House of Commons, Senate, Supreme Court, and many other iconic institutions.
“Thank you to everyone who made this amazing experience happen for me. It will be by far the greatest March Break of my life,” BL shared.
“I’m honored to have been able to meet so many inspiring people and to take part in such a welcoming, empowering space. I believe in us — take up space, you belong here! And remember: YOU’RE DOING FINE, YOU GOT THIS!”
We are incredibly inspired by BL’s journey and encourage all youth aged 14 to 18 to apply for future editions of the Forum for Young Canadians. It’s a life-changing experience that sparks engagement, leadership, and connection.
