We have a volunteer spot open. One of our volunteers went into semi retirement. On Monday we pick up bread at a depot. We then bring bread back to the pantries aswell as share with other agencies like seniors resource center, friendship House, why not youth center, smokey hallow residence, and gifts of the heart. Volunteer needs to have smoke free vechile, wear a high visibility vest, steal toe shoes or boots must be worn. ( if the volunteer don’t have steal toes we can fundraise to help) There is some training required that is pretty easy and quick. This is aoda, whims, and health and safety training. If you already have valid certification at another volunteer or job we do except those certifications.
